Water Damage in Richmond Home

In this Richmond home, a leak in the basement was dripping for over ten hours. The bathroom tile and bedroom carpet that were located in that area were all impacted. 

In this case, acting fast is the best option. We want to get to this service quickly so that we can prevent further water damage. First, a plumber needs to get the leak repaired before the remediation will fully begin to take effect. Once that happens, we can start drying out the carpet and other areas that are wet in the basement. 

The aftermath of this bathroom water damage left multiple rooms affected. We ended up tearing up the flooring because the water had impacted all the way to the sub-floor.
