Hoarding House in Richmond

Recently, we got a call about a hoarding situation in a Richmond home. The owner of the home had just bought it, but the previous owners were hoarders. This new customer knew that SERVPRO of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties had handled several hoarding clean-ups in the area. 

And, they would be right. Hoarding is a serious issue and can cause serious problems down the line along with making it harder to be able to buy or sell, said home. 

We always make sure to treat hoarding situations with care and compassion. Even though the customers were not the hoarders themselves, we know that was someone's home and those are their personal items; also, we know that some hoarding restoration needs are a loved one or family member of the customer. We want to make sure everyone on our team knows to be respectful. You can trust us to know how to handle a hoarding clean-up.
