Our marketing team is headed up by Dustin Maynard. He is new to SERVPRO® of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Linconln Counties. 

He may be new to us, but he has a tenure of experience in customer service. Dustin is primarily focused on making sure our customers are satisfied with the quality of SERVPRO® of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties. He wants to make sure every customer is heard. 

He heads up a marketing team with two other marketing representatives and a marketing coordinator. Dustin trains them daily on customer service and how to make sure our customers come first. 

We are so proud of our marketing team and their constant communication with customers and clients. We are there when emergencies happen and you need someone to walk you through the process. 

Our team is here for your water and fire damage emergencies: if your basement floods, or a heater turns over in your home, or when burst pipes season occurs. We are your hero team!
