SERVPRO’s 1-4-8 Plan: To Get Us to You Faster

SERVPRO® of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties has a 1-4-8 Response Guideline for Emergencies to help get us to you faster.  We know that time is precious, and we want to make sure we get to you as soon as possible.

1- Within one hour of a notice of your loss, a SERVPRO employee will contact you to arrange services and scopes.

4-  Within four hours of a loss, a SERVPRO professional will be on site to start mitigation services.

8-  Within eight business hours, a verbal briefing will be communicated to you by a SERVPRO professional.
