Water heater Busted

One of our customers called in with a busted water heater. 

The water heater sat between two bedrooms. The water seeped into the carpets and the sub-flooring. The drywall was impacted, as was the supply closet. The customer did not know what step to take next. They called us first and we responded within hours. 

We get calls like this on the daily. We are prepared and on-call on the nights and weekends to take calls like this to help our customers to the highest degree during their times of need.

This customer had to have entire new floors, drywall, and a new water heater. Thankfully, they called SERVPRO® Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties and we helped the day of the damages so their home could be repaired.
